These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Torch mobile application (the "App") operated by Torch ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence to provide job search assistance and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
Intellectual Property
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Torch and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or display data from third-party services (e.g., job boards, government APIs). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, employment opportunities, or revenue.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
